Vincent joined Innovacom in 2004.
He is an active investor in technology, digital media and software areas. Vincent has an industrial background with exposure to the telecom and energy markets.
Before he joined the Private Equity industry he held engineering management positions within Ericsson across France and Scandinavia. He especially contributed to the development of Ericsson’s 3G product portfolio.
Jérôme Faul starts his career in 1991 at France Telecom R&D, the leading research center for telecommunications in Europe, as Research Engineer, Manager then Director of Strategy.
In 1999, he co-founds, with the support of Innovacom, the company Algety Telecom, a spin off from France Telecom R&D, developing very high speed transmission systems over optical fiber and winner of the first French National Prize for the Innovative Start up.
In 2003, Jérôme Faul returns to France Telecom / Orange to run field operations. He successively holds different top managing positions in the Paris area: Head of Customer Services, Head of After-Sales and Head of the Optical Fiber Deployment.
Stéphane began his career developing software and infrastructure at Atos Origin, before joining CEGID for Marketing Analysis and product positioning.
He integrated CM-CIC Capital Innovation (previously Vizille Capital innovation) in 2009 firstly to manage information systems and internal controlling and then investment funds. He is member of 5 different boards of directors of high-tech companies.
He has a degree of engineer from CPE Lyon and a Ms from EM Lyon.
Lawyer for twelve years at Shearman & Sterling, Arthur Andersen International and Gide Loyrette Nouel, Casey was specialised in M&A, securities and financing. He then joined Netgem as General Counsel before becoming COO and general secretary of the company. After eight years with Netgem, he decided in 2010 to join Financière Marc de Lacharrière (Fimalac SA), the holding company of Fitch Ratings.
Pierre-Emmanuel Struyven is a seasoned executive with more than 15 years of marketing, business management and technology experience in the mobile communications industry.
As VP Innovation and New Markets at SFR, he is in charge of new business initiatives (payment, health, education, advertising...) and also heads the corporate investment arm of the company, SFR Developpement.
Prior to SFR, he was CEO of Streamezzo, a start-up active in application software development for mobile devices and spent five years with Universal Music at the group's Mobile subsidiary and Digital division. Previously, he held various positions in IT and in the telco industry.
Regional Director for Industry, Research and Environment for the Paris area (1986-1992). Director of Innovation, Technology and Regional Action at the French Ministry of Research and Technology (1992-1996). Chairman of the "Innovation and Companies" section of the General Council for Mines (since 1996).
