Executive team

Yann Chevalier, CEO

Yann started his career with a number of experiences at France Telecom and AFNIC, which oversees « .fr » domain names. He contributes to several national R&D projects in the field of telecommunications (including national studies about the ENUM protocol).
 
Between 2002 and 2004, Yann was Chairman of Polytechnique.org Society, which now has more than 15,000 members, all alumni and students from Ecole Polytechnique. He is also one of the founder of the « Manageurs.com project ». In 2004, Yann founded Intersec with Olivier Guillaumin. He has been the CEO of the company ever since.

Aurelien Lajoie, Vice President R&D

Aurelien started his career when he was in charge of cylinder heads in engines. R&D developer at Blacktouch, he then became Project Manager at Intersec in 2006, where he was more specifically in charge of the MCMS project. He is VP R&D since 2011.

Gary Buchwald, Chief Commercial Officer

Gary started his career at Xerox France from 1982 to 1985, in addition to being manager for the US subsidiary of the D. Hechter Company. In 1985, Gary was promoted to the position of Key accounts manager at Xerox France.

For over 20 years as Vice President Sales, Gary generated and enforced sales and marketing policies for several IT Companies, both in France and in the US : Informix, Novell, Netgem and Altavia.

He has brought his proven leadership and expertise at the service of Intersec becoming the Chief Commercial Officer.

Jean-Marc Coïc, Chief Technical Officer

Jean-Marc was recruited by Accenture right after graduation. He participated in software integration projects at large account customers and still is an important contributor to several open source projects.
 
Jean-Marc became highly skilled in very advanced programming techniques through various opportunities. He joined Intersec in 2005, soon after founding, being the R&D Director and CEO of Blacktouch.
 
Jean-Marc's incredible leadership and technical skills naturally imposed him as CTO of the company in 2006. He becomes deputy CEO in January 2007.

Fabienne Boënnec, Head of Delivery and Project Management

Fabienne is responsible for the worldwide delivery of Intersec’s projects and the active support to system integration partners.
Prior to joining Intersec, Fabienne has spent more than 20 years working for leading blue chip telecommunications brands including Siemens, Mobeon and Ericsson and managing various programs and project teams in France and in the United Kingdom.

Pierre Habouzit, Chief Scientist

Pierre began a PhD in "semantics of distributed languages" in the Moscova team at INRIA Rocquencourt in 2004/05. He stopped his doctorate and joined Intersec in 2005 as an MCG Project Manager. The same year, he co-founded the Debian France Association. Since 2009 he's become head of the Intersec R&D Team.

Ludovic Patraud, Director, Strategic Marketing and Product Management

Ludovic Patraud is heading the strategic marketing and product management organization of Intersec and driving the product portfolio strategy and its success on the market place.

Ludovic brings a decade of experience in the field of Value Added Services in the mobile space.

He started his mobile and telecom career within global mobile operators with group responsibility for technology strategy.

More recently, he has led leadership positions in several innovative mobile and telecom software companies in international environment, focusing on product management, strategic marketing and business development.

Charlotte Loubet, Marketing Director

Charlotte started her career as telecom business analyst before managing contents and partnerships at an Orange affiliate in Africa.
She joined Intersec in 2010 to develop Global Corporate and Product Marketing.

Patrick Métaireau, Channel Sales Director

Patrick is in charge of building up a rich eco-system of partners around the Intersec solutions to expand both its product portfolio and international commercial exposure. Prior to join Intersec in May 2010, Patrick had held various management positions in marketing, sales and business development organizations for Myriad, eServGlobal, Gemalto, Cap Gemini and Olivetti.

Gilles Zekri, VP Sales EMEA

Prior to join Intersec Gilles worked at Remedy, software editor, then he was in charge of key accounts at PeopleSoft and global account manager at SAP.

Then he became in charge of the launching and development of software solutions for mobile operators in Southern Europe for the company Apertio.

He joined Intersec in 2009 and became VP Sales EMEA in 2010. He is now in charge of sales and business development for this area.
