Orange Moldova's market is mainly composed by prepaid customers characterized by a high churn rate and multi SIM profiles. Its major issue was to improve customers' loyalty by an efficient direct communication and a better visibility of their new offer: PrePay Magic Zone.
The main challenge of Orange Moldova was to broadcast geolocated offers in a timely manner on both 2G and 3G handsets.
