Orange Senegal chose Intersec Cell Broadcast Center to communicate the dynamic pricing reductions offered to the customers on the basis of their geographical position. These offers are automatically calculated according to the time, the location, and the network load of the cell-id: an immediate and located message is indispensable.

Some clicks are enough for setting the Intersec Cell Broadcast Center. From then on, the solution works in autonomy and allows Orange Senegal to send every 30 minutes a discount’s rate to Orange Senegal’s customers who subscribed to Bonus Zone.
