How long have you been in the company, what is your role?
After 3 years at Intersec as Integration Engineer, I had the opportunity to use my skills and know-how to become a presales, reporting to the sales director. It is an excellent opportunity for me to extend my knowledge to the sales process, it was a natural and logical path to acquire new skills for my personal and professional development.

What does it consist in?
As a presales, I am now involved to propose a dedicated solution to my customers to fulfill at best their needs. Relying on my Integration engineer experience, I can better recommend and advise my customers. It’s definitely exciting and rewarding to be engaged upstream into a sales cycle until the effective sale.

What I like best about my job?
What I like best about my job is the diversity of our solutions which covers different customer needs (loyalty management, churn, data mining, geolocation...) and continually learning and increase skills on different products and technologies.

What is your greatest challenge so far?
It has been to respond to the need of one of our customers with a product that is not part of our catalog and not easy to implement from a technical point of view.
